I know a apple from an Autorefresher dude..
Sometimes its called "Autorefresh" other times

The applecolor is changeable.

 is the apple, copy it and paste it in warcraft chat and it will turn into apple.

Another option is to use this:

Press ¨ (two dots, may be found to the left of Enter button), then press i. After that press Ctrl + Alt + E twice to get €€.

It should work, but not tested. Also not every keyboard support the € button as Ctrl + Alt + E, but with other keys, or maybe not at all.
