how to change country?

any1 here knows how to change the country, which banlist shows with the command /fromall? I know that it´s possible and I heard that u have to do something with proxy?! I would like the US behind my name

I believe you will experience lag by using a proxy.

edit: i have now a program where i can connect with proxy, but it finds only china dn india
