Rep Power: 1 | | | If it isn't working in another 15 hours try either unplugging all your router/modem cables for 12-24 hours or you could try looking on Youtube or another site for a guide on how to manually change IP. |

Rep Power: 1 | | | What kind of internet do you have? Cable you can't change your IP no matter what. DSL just turn your modem off for 60 seconds and turn it back on and new IP. If you have a router make sure to reset that as well. |

when I was ip-banned from battle.net (while trying to develop my own bot), I was unable to connect for 2 weeks; however, I was able to connect to the same realm (USEast), by changing the IP I connected to. It normally attempted to connect to "useast.battle.net", but by adding the address "63.240.202.127", (USEast for the game Diablo II: Lord of Destruction), I was able to connect.
This can be done by, for example, adding to the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III
"Battle.net Gateways" sub-key
63.240.202.127
