If you get the following message upon trying to join battle.net, you are PERMANENTLY banned, you CAN'T get your account back, EVER.
There is nothing neither WE or YOU can do, nothing. If it's closed, that means its closed.
Your CD-Keys WILL be banned, only your RoC one though.
If this is your first time being banned, you can still use your cdkey after 30days, if it's your second time, you won't get them back, ever.
I hope this will prevent people from making multiple threads about it, as Warden now is re-enabled.

Let me get this straight.
The first ban is only for 30days on said account and/or CD-Key. Or just Account bans?

I just got my WCIII banned for using VCK (Stupid IMHO) and hearing that it's possibly just a 30day ban gets my hopes up xD

The first ban will affect both the account you used it on, and the ROC cdkey.
If this is the first time that cdkey is banned, the ban will only last for 30days.
If it's your second time, your cdkey is PERMANENTLY banned.

I'm sorry i miss worded that.
i was cause with LC one time and was banned accordingly
i know i can no longer access the account but nor can i get on bnet and from what you were saying i assumed i would be able to play again after one month but i can't
hope that cleared up what i was trying to say

OK hell PLEASE READ!!!
he means :

if u get banned, by using something. . .
Your account will be Closed, means you wont be able to log in it, and profile stats will be restarted to 0 ( bug, if u have an icon while getting banned the icon will still be shown )
Your ROC CD key will get banned, if its the fisrt time you get banned it will be Closed for 1 month, then you may use it to log in to battle.net .

Bans will only affect the accounts who where being used while using the hac or stuff who got you banned.

if its the second time u get banned you cd key will be permanently banned for play.

your banned account will be ERRASED after 6 months, meaning you may reregister it after the 6 months.

Thera are many other bans:

Ladder banned, means you cant play ladder but custom games is still ok.
Play banned, you can log in and talk but you cant play neither ladder or custom games.
Muted, you cannot talk in any lobby or channel( only in game, if the cd key is abble to play [ AkA not play banned ] ) .These last banns affect only cd key, means if u got muted you wont be able to talk with any account if using the same cd key.

if you get banned, the bann will only affect the ROC cd key on the realm ( server ) u were using the hax/tools/Stuff. Means you may log in and play on other realms( servers ).

Ok i hope now that all the questions got answered . . .
