Can't Join Frozen Throne Custom Game

Hey ive been trying to join a clan's frozen throne custom game (yes they can host) but it doesnt appear on my custom games list and when i type in the game name into the custom game list "join game" search bar, i get the error for 'the game you attempted to join could not be found' but the game appears on the top of my custom games list. after i click the okay button to get rid of the 'could not be found' the game im trying to join promptly disappears from my custom games list. help please ):

u just tryed to open ports by uTorrent. close it and later ull able to join. had the same problem today

On wc3 options, is your port number set to 6112? thats what most people use.. Im not sure if that will work or not, give it a try it will take 5 seconds. (you do this before you log onto Bnet)

The error he gets, has nothing to do with uTorrent if im not mistaken. uTorrent would say something like this: "The port is being used by another application! Please close all applications which could be using this port and try again"

Your friends should try to log off bnet and log in again. Additionally they should try to use another port. If this doesnt work, I got no idea. Got the same error sometimes...Never found a solution.
