Warcraft 3 banlist
Warcraft 3 banlist is created to make an effort at keeping your Warcraft III custom games (for example DotA) free of notorious leavers. Thereby it offers a local database (to which you can add people yourself) to alert you when a "leaver" joins your game or someone you've kept some information about.

The program can do this in various ways:

-Play a sound as soon as a leaver is detected, or banned
-Display a text in-game floating at the top of your screen
-Copy a text into the clipboard, so you can view the comment by pressing CTRL-V

Warcraft 3 banlist instructions
  1. Download the program
  2. Install it.
  3. on x64 systems you will need to install WinPcap yourself. (Without this your banlist won't work!)
  4. Run the executable. Configure the program as you like.
  5. Enjoy

Get the integrated auto refresher to work
  1. Make sure you are running the latest ban list version and are able to start it (On vista, right click on the .exe --> run as administrator)
  2. Download the beta version from the above link
  3. Extract all files out of the beta .zip file in your wc3banlist folder
  4. Overwrite all files and folders.
  5. Open Banlist, go to Miscellaneous, edit your Autorefresh options
  6. If you did not activate automatic refreshing, type /refresh in your custom game

Is there anyway to change the little Apple logo? Its the name that it refreshes with.

Beta Wont Work!
For some reason when i try to install the Beta 3.0 version(I already have the normal one), it says i can because i dont have dxhook.dll or something, any idea why?

Thanks for posting this i started using it about a week ago and it works great.

And for those of you who r having trouble getting the beta version to work because your missing .dlls and what not. What you have to do is download the original 3.0. And then download beta and take all the files in the beta and put them into the banlist folder and replace the 3.0 files with the beta ones, and then it will work fine . i hope i helped and if i did i would appreciate +Rep xD

The banlist uses the commands. Host a game, type "/fromall", then just wait 5 seconds and press CTRL+V and ENTER.

The autorefresh is only included in the 3.1 beta <.< thats not the same.
I use the beta and it works great for me.

If anyone could help me here, i use vista, when i am trying to extract the beta files to 3.0 WC banlist, then it is saying that it cant extract them because they already exsist. Please help me if you now what the problem is.

ediz it allways show that they exist but when you extract them you must click yes to all to replace them.

One more thing i use banlist on vista but it doesnt show me the players that are in my game and the commands wont work any idea why ?

Noki, if your commands works then i dont know whats wrong But if nothing works then you gotta run the program "as administartor". And i found out how to extract them, i did it manualy. And yes, when i tried to auto-extract them, it kept saying error couldnt extract them, even if i clicked on "yes to all"

Yes and if you want your commands to work dont upgrade it to beta because its some kind of a bugg when the creator of thte banlist gets back from the holydays i think that he will fix it.

Eh can anyone tell me how do i use my banlist cos im using vista and when i on my banlist it says it cant hook to my wc3.
It says there may be another programme like fraps or xfire has already hooked. But I've uninstalled xfire and i I do not have fraps programme so can anyone tell me what is the problem with my banlist?
Also can anyone tell me if there is a suitable banlist that is compatable with vista thanks.

you did need to uninstall xfire... it must not be running.... and there are other programs which are hooking into warcraft before banlist does...i think some like gamespy comrade and wine.
