Riot games currently staff guinsoo (original creator of DOTA until eul picked it up) and pendragon (ran the former official dota community dota-allstars.c om and did alot of the dota community stuff).
No icefrog is not helping create HoN he has no part in s2 games, simply put, s2 games asked for his blessing when starting to creat the game and he approved. |
