Circle has no cooldown I guess.
"gg branches" are Ironwood Branches.

It does has cooldown but short.

This method works but hurt my PC alot ;(

This "guide" seems way too complicated for such a simple thing. You could just pause the program execution by pressing the "pause" button with OllyDBG or any other program that can pause execution...

Pressing print screen, using some hero and running your anti-virus... that's just silly.
