List of Helpful Addons
Ok, well right now this is a list of Addons I used to use, it will probably grow into much much more, but for now, I hope you enjoy. Using these addons, you will find World of Warcraft a much easier game!
[Addon Name]
[What It Does]
[Download Link]
Quest Helper

Compiles a list of waypoints for the quests in your quest log, and sorts them so as to minimize the distance between them, and so that they happen in the correct order. Which is to say, it tells you how to complete all your quests while walking as little as possible.

Auctioneer

Auctioneer is an addon that allows you to view information about an item that may be useful in helping you determine what it's worth. Straight out of the box, Auctioneer knows much about many items in the game, and will tell you many things about the item when you move your mouse over the item in the game.

Titan Panel

Amazing "bars" on the top/bottom of your screen that will tell you tons of things, you don't know you wanted to know these things till you download it!

Damage Meters

DamageMeters monitors damage and healing done by and to yourself and other nearby players. It keeps a running total for each player and displays the information as a bars chart in a frame on the screen. It is perfect for real-time comparison of the various members of your party or raid. At any time the text results can be output as "says", to raid or party chat, or whispered to another player. Many console commands exist for customizing the meters: type /dmhelp for a listing.

Deadly Boss Mods

Boss mods for all raid bosses
Colored raid warnings!
Bars can be enlarged when they are about to expire
Some boss mods have very advanced features like the Loatheb healer monitor which allows you to setup a heal rotation and see the cooldowns of all healers
Synchronization system for dependable timers
No dependencies, no 'embedded libraries', 100% stand-alone
Modular design - all boss mods are plugins and can be exchanged, removed or updated separately
Load on demand - boss mods and the GUI are separate AddOns and they will be loaded when they are needed, e.g. the GUI uses no memory if you don't open it
Efficient code: very low memory and CPU usage
Special effects like the screen flash and the screen shake effect will draw your attention to critical events
Bars can change their color over time and flash before they expire
Many bar designs to choose from, all designes are are customizable: you can change the color, size, icon position etc.
Option to create custom timers
Powerful object-oriented API - you can use it to write your own boss mod

Gatherer

Gatherer is an addon for herbalists, miners and treasure hunters in World of Warcraft. It's main purpose is to track the closest plants, deposits and treasure locations on your minimap.

Heads Up Display (HUD)

Player and target health and mana bars, casting and mirror bars, pet health and mana bars, druid mana bar in forms, extensive target info, ToT display.

Omen Threat Meter

Omen is a threat meter. Basically, enemies in WoW decide who to attack by deciding who is the most threatening based on the abilities you use. What Omen attempts to do is provide reasonably accurate estimates of your group's relative threat level on individual enemies, so that you can see when you're in danger of pulling aggro (or, if you're next on the snack list if your tank bites it). This info is usually only critical in raids, where only tanks can survive aggro, but it's useful for any multi-player situation.

Disclaimer: I did not create any of these addons, all credits go to the creators, minor credits to me for bringing everything to you. If you like, please visit the site of the creator and tell him that, and
me.
Well, I am still working on this, but I have to eat now, so I will post what I've got.
If you have any questions/comments, please post here or PM me.

LOVE the detail,
from me, and thanks... very helpful
the only thing i wish to know is with ONLY these addons on, to NO addons on, what would ping raise by if your on t3or higher if your ping raises by 10 then its likely to be 750ms - 4000ms on dialup...
so somewhat display this please... that is my only request you still got my rep
(with the first 3 addons alone, w/ there full package, your pings gonna raise 3to5times as much at minimum...)

I am not playing WoW atm, so I cannot tell you how much it would raise yours... But I recommend not using all at once
there is no need for that.
