What I usually do to grind alot of money fast, is to go to Shadowmoon valley in Outlands and kill Enraged Air Spirits.
Enraged Air Spirits have 35% chance to drop Mote of Air.
If you have 10 of these you can turn them into 1 Primal Air, which goes for about 30g on Auction House.

In about 1 hour (If your a bit lucky) you might be able to grind 3-4 Primal Air's.

you could go into shadowfang keep and try to get the shadowfang which on my server sells for 500g but hard to get

Daily quests in Skettis + Blades Edge = 150ish Gold a day and all u need is a flying mount/form. its basically how i made gold on my resto shaman, total the daily quests took about 2 hours on my resto shaman but he was resto... -.- fucking raids
