nice, seems great... but i have some problems with the .rar files :S is there any previous post here with som explanation or someone who can help me? i got WinRAR but it just opens it in a notepad document with thre billion weird symbols and letters xD

,,,, It is a PDF document, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to view an PDF file.

You need both WinRAR and Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to read it. There are free trials at www.rarlab.com and www.adobe.com

Well, I didn't download it or anything, but is it saying "Grind, Grind, Grind" "Instance, Instance, Instance"? Most of the guides I have say the same things so I won't even bother with this one.. :-\
