You need this:
1) 5 Nightslayer pieces- +10 energy
2) Vigor- you get this from talents, gives +10 energy
3) Daggers

Macro:

/cast Ambush rank (highest rank)
/script SpellStopCasting();
/cast Backstab (highest rank)

Put this into your stealth bar. with vigor and 5 noightslayer u have 120 energy, which lets you use both at the same time. With nice weapons, and lucky crits, this can do almost 4k damage at 1 time... if u dont think thats a lot, think again.

If what I think you mean by >>is nerfed<< the way around it is /stopcasting. I've done it with my rogue.

/cast Ambush
/stopcasting

helps me alot... pretty much premediation adn ambush in one shot... If I'm lucky adn can do this then backstab adn then hit with eviscrate... (have the talent that gives 75% ro add combo point on selected starting moves)
