Problem With ItemCache Hack

Ok he guys I'm pretty new to the forums but I've been hacking/exploting WoW for a good while.
I've recently been having fun by editing the item cahce to get GM spells. Yetserday I went to add some new spells but for some reason when I added the new ones by editing the hex then saved the cache and went in game nothing had changed. I've checked the file over and over and the editing is still there but in WoW nothing has changed. I still have my old spells so I don't know whats going wrong here. I've also tested it with added some simple Item ID/Name editing but that dosn't effect it at all either so now I'm a bit confused. Could anyone offer any solution or help/reason? Thanks!

There is simply one way to fix this, and thats deleting your cache folder, and start all over with the editing. I had the same problem, I had alot of spells already, but I could't add any more.

Also I have a theory that when you save the itemcache, hex workshop asks you to make a backup. That's when you set the standar ( if you say yes ofc). When the backup is made, I think it will reset to this backup all the time. JUST A THEORY, So don't flame me like hell if im wrong :p Not tested.

Yeah thanks mate, I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that but I guess it's the only option. I think this time I'm going to make it all more custom anyway, thanks!
I have an old cache saved I might try to just add on to that one. Dunno if it will work but if it does then I'll save myself a bit of time, thanks again!
