There's a GM command for stacking buffs, Correct if I'm wrong.

Try this if it still works,
Well, i know a little about the old way of buff stacking, simply get a priest level 70 ofcourse, now buff him with the buffs you dont wanna stack like "Scrolls,Potions,Mage buffs,Warlock buffs" and after that tell priest to use Inner fire and also give him 6x Water shields with shamman but keep when the number of buffs become 21 you will be able to apply the next buff as many times you want for an example cast 10 times gbok and priest's stats will be 100% more same for stamina, agility and so on, even totems and aura's will stack.
Note: Count all buffs as "one" but shamman's water shield as "six" so total 14 (Including Priest Inner Fire, dont count it as 20) + water shield.
