Download the file.

Make a new folder. Paste all files into the folder.

Open World of Warcraft and connect to your server.

Minimize the game. And open the folder which contains the emuhacker.

on Vista: right click the .exe --> run as administrator
Else, just open it.

Activate the options you need.

That's it, should work.
