he has made several mistakes and im only gonna explain this once because i get the question enough elsewhere.

you start wpe and grant WPE permissions (not wow) BEFORE you start wow, also he would be a thousand times better off simply using devalina's modified wpe which does NOT require you to grant permissions at all. simply start it and play.

he probably has vista witch make everything fricken hard so get modifyed right click and run as adminstrator then you will be able to see wow (=
