just download a wowemu hacker full version, and click the no global cool down box. but only the full versions have that feture, and i dont know if there free, but even if they arenot free, jsut get one off full realeses or somewere on google.

Yes. No, this hack will not work on 2.3.1, 2.3.2 and 2.3.3. See the official WoWEmuhacker thread.
