WoW Private Server creation problems.

Hey, I've wanted to start my own private WoW server to play GM on for a while, but I can never find out how. I need it to be a big public thing, just me playing on it.

1st I'm wondering whats the best video (preferably with audio) tutorial out there for setting one up, because I can't really find any.

2nd and mainly, what version of WoW do I have to have for the private server to work??? Where can I download WoW straight up, and where can patch just to whatever version is needed for the private server?
--I'm not going to be playing the game on Blizzard public servers at all, so that doesnt matter.
--Preferably a private server with TBC, and recent-ish armor sets like t-6 and stuff.

I don't know about a video, but you could make a MaNGOS private server you self (currently working for WoW 2.4.2).

I didn't upload em, but when I tried (after downloading em from blizzard, yeah i got an official account) it told me that the files already had been uploaded by some one else, so there they are.
