Wotlk Server Problems

Hi my name is oliver i got problems by some of my stuff on my server for example: NPCs weapons original from TBC is just a little Box and when i self gonna use some of the stuff it says: Item was not found admin for that one who will give the working fix

I use MaNGOS/0.12.0-SVN (Revision 6572) Please Help me
