Hello there - I'm not quite sure if this is allowed, but this ain't a brutal advertisment to look for players, on the other hand we're looking for developers, and admins with some levels or experience - otherwise mature people who are willing to learn more about the development side of a game.

We only request the following of a person applying:

-A decent availability in a European centric time zone
-Sense of maturity
-Fluent English
-Ability to communicate through Xfire and Skype (Mic)
-If knowledgeable about SQL, must know his way about it (Don't claim you're an SQL guru when you don't quite get that INSERT INTO isn't a dirty word...)
-Indipendence and commitment (We don't whip the team, you're an individual whose word counts, we work through voting, have a clear idea about what you're rooting for, but accept a different choice to be taken if you're part of the minority - also pay attention to what other staff members request of one another).

We're mainly looking into building a heavily customized server which will grab and hold players' attention for quite a while, having a controlled environment which gives the players freedom but also keeps a friendly, cheerful community.
