| Mangos Flashing problem! Wont fix! Okay, I don't really need to explain whats going on cuz u prlly already know. It keeps flashing when i try to open it! I'm trying to use a US server, 2.1 patch! I already tried what icy said(get patch-enUS.mpq, patch-enUS-2.mpq, and like locale-enUS.mpq and the put them in your mangos/tools folder) Well, I run extract_files and then I get a error after a while saying: "Debug Error! Program: C:\ad.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. (Press Retry to debug the application)" *I press retry* and the I get the normal windows thing saying "ad.exe has encountered a problem that needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" Also, heres the error stuff... | 1. Look which of the files in the error message you have (example: Using patch MPQ archives if available: Enabled Fatal: Could not locate MPQ archive patch-enGB-2.mpq, but look careful because some of the files are in sub folders). 2.Copy everyone of the files (files mentioned in the error) that you have and copy them in the mangos/tools folder. 3.Start extract_files.bat. 4.If you still have problems check in the mangos/maps folder if there is any .map files. 5.If you don't have search the tread for a solution. 6.I'm not sure if that is the way to fix it and i'm not planing to try becouse i might f.... my server. Basically what i did is to read the error and search which bat file when it is started gives the errors and placed all of the mentioned in the error files in the same folder as the bat file. I Hope i have helped you. I'm from Bulgaria so i can't explain thing very well. Sry! |
