Question about private servers....

Ok well i really want to make and play on a private server but there is one little thing i need to know first. Can you still play on normal servers? and if so how do you do this

well 1st off yes you can still play on reg. WoW
alls you have todo is patch up the game when ever you want to get back on reg. WoW

Like Twinksobe said, Yes, you can.... But to play on the regular, you will need to load WoW up by the Launcher so it patches up to the current patch and fixes files you've changed (realmlist). To go back to the private server you would need to downgrade WoW again to the version of the server you are playing on.... So it basically depends on how much time you want to put into it =P.

i just copied my whole WoW map(.c/programfile/worldofwarcraft) to my documents, Then i un-installed my wow which deleted the wow map in program files and not the one in my documents (the one u keep for normal wow.) Then u do a new installation on (c/programfiles/WoW) and tht one u use for private server ^^ i have it at my pc and it works
