Looking for dedicated WoW Private Server Hoster

I am looking for a good; dedicated, World of Warcraft Private Server Hoster.

Minimum Requirements

Being dedicated to running a private server, possibly having a high population.
Being trustworthy with me and being able to accept any content I give you for the server.
Have knowledge in owning, and running a WoW Private Server.
Know how to edit, delete, or add stuff to the server DB
Know how to edit the Site, and configurate the all files
Know how to create weapons, vendors, armor, bags, quests, instances, and cities
(Optional) Have a good dedicated computer

Please consider this, I am very anxious to create another server, and this time I want to create a great and popular server. If you have any questions PM me, or post here.
