Very easy gold scam

Hi friends : ) This is my guide to scam people for about 100g, also with small ban rate. Do like this:

1. Make character called something like ôŸïëbank (ôŸïë part does not matter, Its just hard to type for some people and they have hard time making ticket to GM if you get busted. I prefer to add bank to end so people will think that you are 70lvls bank and will got much money etc.)

2. Send your new character you just made around 15g, and if possible, some Mark of Sargeras. (If you don't want to grind Marks of Sargeras, there are usually plenty of them in AH for 1-2g each. Buy atleast 5.)

3. Say in /trade channel: "WTS 250x Mark of Sargeras 100g! I need it for my epic flying mount on my main, please someone!" Since its way underpriced, many will whisper you and ask can you send C.O.D. If someone wants to trade, just say him "Sorry, already sended you C.O.D :S" or something like that. He will usually whisper you "ok, no problem."

4. When you get whispers, asking can you send them C.O.D, put only 1(!!!) Mark of Sargeras in C.O.D spot and rename post name to: Mark of Sargeras (250). [See pictures belove for better instructions]:

5. Wait 1 hour for C.O.D to get to your victims, after that log back to your new character, take money from post, send it to main and log out. Here's trick how to reduce ban chance: When you get money from scam, delete your character and make new one with exactly same name as your older one. This will confuse blizzards mail tracker system, if im right.

6. Have fun with your money. : )

Remember: Use at your own risk! There still is chance of getting banned, tho I have never been banned for using this.

Technically, Blizz cannot ban you for this, due to it not violating any rules, if the person did not look at the amount sent its his own fault for taking the items, and the person is actually more likely to submit a ticket saying that 249 marks are missing anyway... If blizzard say they are going to ban you say to them "It doesnt break any rules to send 1 Mark of Sargeras for 100g and have the title as "mark of Sargeras(250)" so you have no reason to ban me" and they should get off your case, if they still ban you, you can make several topics on the forums and have about 50 other people agree and get unbanned =P Aaaaanyway, +rep

you can (will) get banned as long as someone (i.e. paranoid people) have chat logs of you saying that you will send 250 marks.

This is due to the new rule with gold buying/selling... they ban people who get lots of gold via mail really quickly now, I think thats what the post said anyway xD

Yes this is worth the risk. 750g in an hour, but you make sure that you have a character name like åäömgbåänk delete the char once you got your gold can put that name on a trial account so that blizz thinks that the char on that account scammed the guy but this works for me but i already repped ya ^^

Nice that you guys liked it : ). So far I have gotten over 3000g using this scam, and got never banned : ). Just remember to delete your character, then remake : )

Is there a way you could explain this a little better. Sorry I've never tried to scam anyone before and this seems like a great way to start

I guess im confused on the sense about how this guy is talking about a trial account. And then do it. I just don't understand what you do with the money after you recieve it. Cause if you delete your character you delete the gold right?

omg ive been caught!!!! No worrys, thanks for telling me to delete the character and then make a char on a trial account lol they took away 100g from me and sent me an email, no ban. This guide err scam is the shit!

Ohh i c now so you make it on a regular account of yours. Then delete it then set up a trial account? With the same char name? ahhhh lol i'll try it.
