Big scam (need some advice) Gamecards

hey guys i thought of an idea, but need some help i have tons of paypal accounts, xx,xxx. i used to just scam ppl's accounts back then but problem is it gets recalled in a day or so so fast. I was planning on paying these chinese sites im not sure which are good ones and fast delivery for gamecards for wow 60 days.

I can basically pay for them on paypal, and goto their emails to get the key but the problem is most sites need a phone verification. anyway i could get lots of free diff phone numbers?>

or if anyone knows sites that dont need phone verification.?

It redirects from a fake number to yours. therefore you can answer the calls but they don't know your number
