Hi.Well, some months ago a Spanish GM banned me, because he said I was unrepectfull to him, but the real story was, that I explained him how to do his work, so I hope he got angry and just banned me.
Well I've tried to get explanations since that day, and that's kind dificult. I have write to all the possible "wow-blizzard" mails, and wrote to other blizzard games to ask for a new mail. and they just keep giving me the same, I have even wrote to American Blizzard.
Well after all this huge beautiful story =P, hehe. My question is: does someone know how to contact directly with Blizzard? Or it's better that I just phone and I ask for the boss?.

Personally, Spanish GM don't know how to play :S:S. You receive diferent treat for Sp. and Eng.

lol dude blizzard support SUCK! its actually taking the piss the fact they have about 11 million people paying them every month and they still have a poor support team. Their response to things like this is slow and bad. I got banned at least a month ago and sent them an email as soon as i did. I only just got a response 2 days ago and all they said is we won't unban you :/

yep, their tech support sucks. Even when you get an actual reply, many times it is automated (you know it is when you verbally abuse them and all of their family and they do nothing) and even when it is a real person responding, many times you will not get a good strait answer out of them.
I would suggest calling blizzard spain/europe and asking for the GM department. If they are no help, ask for the manager on duty. They will probably refuse. Don't give up, and DEMAND that you speak to the manager, and, seeing as you are a paying customer with a problem, you have that right.
