Question Can you change the combat stance of an Npc (Ascent/Antrix)?

I want to make Some NPC's Noncombat so no one can attack them
ex. Samuro (the band singer: 23625) engages in combat w/o anyone attacking him.

Im not sure if this makes any sense, but is there a way to change him so he cant be attack?
Thanks to those who help me : )

if that didnt help then i got a fullproof way to do this
go to one of the npcs at your shoping center or gmisland and type
.npc info
you should get their id just save it
then go to where you want the singer
spawn him at the spot
and then select him and type
.mod displayid (singer id)
it should let him on a not attack mode and hes even a seller at the same time
