WPE Pro...Ohmagoda!

Hello,

Ok just download WPE Pro from hendrikus's (think thats him?) Thread.
Ok i downloaded it it is now in a .rar file.
I dobble cllick WPE pro.EXE (basically wanted to open it).
It then comes up as extracting and so so...
Ok PROBLEM TIME!:

And also Says:
! Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\Aaron\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX70.593\ WPE PRO.exe"
This comes up in a ' WinRAR: Diagnostic Messages ' Window.

Ok Also sometimes my anti virus will come up saying its a trojan or w/e ( i know it isnt but thats Mcafee for ya...)
There is no current wayto turn off my Mcafee. No you can turn it off by right clicking the icon then EXIT.
Using Mcafee security center 9.0.
Google'd it to see u can can disable it or something but cant find a way how yet.

there is no way to turn it off in the icons tray.
