how to create gate portals?

i created successfully my private wow server.now here's an another problem.how do i create portals.ex:i'm in silvermoon and at shepard gate there's no portal to teleporte to undercity,thunder bluff or ogrimar.do i have to use command?if yes,can anyone tell me?

to spawn main cities portal use that command.
.gobject spawn <objectid> 1
OR
.go spawn <objectid> 1

(Use 1 to keep it forever)
