Xbox 360 guide to keeping you xbox alive.

Well as we all know there has been major problems with the 360 in the past however the most common and worst faults is the ring of death
which means around the button 3 red lights apear when you see this your 360 should never work again well im gonna tell you how to prevent this or if you read this to late well ill post how to fix it.

CAUSE

The cause of this problem is a hardware problem well basicly when the 360 has been on for a few hours it reaches really high tempriture
it starts to overheat and well inside the console it has cheap solder well you can guess what happens it melts or cracks slightly causing the ring of death.

PREVENTION

1.)How to prevent it make sure the 360 in a well ventilated area nowhere near to a wall or any other electrical equitment so the air can escape.

2.)You could buy a nyko intercooler farily simple product clip it on to the back of the console and in to the power socket then put the plug adapter in to the intercooler however use at your own risk this can cause your 360 to shot circuit gortunitly nyko made a statment saying if the product brakes you console we will replace both your 360 and the intercooler.

CURE

This is going to sound incredibly stupid but it 100% works and has been tested out by thousands

Stuff you may need

A few towels

A 360

How to cure

1.)Get your 360 put a towel underneath the console
2.)Wrap your 360 in loads of towels as many as you can
3.)Make sure your console is plugged in
4.)Turn on the console and leave it to overheat for about 30 mins
5.)unwrap your 360 and turn it off it should be red hot
6.)leave to cool for 2 hours
7.)Enjoy your revived console

Warning

This is sometimes a temporary fix it can however last forever in some case's

You may want to do this in your garage or outside incase somthing goes wong and ure house burns donw IT SHOULDNT AND IS 1%CHANCE THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN

Ive seen many vids of this working and no houses burning down

This may sound stupid but it does work hope this helps.
