Sony's support is kinda good when i rang them up about my psp they said they will send someone around the next day to pick it up and will then give ya a replacment on the spot, which they did however everytime i got a replacment they all had the same problem DEAD PIXELS apart from the psp all the consoles i have had of them have worked fine with no problems.

I'm actually very careful with my consoles, i'm just cursed.

Also my 360 is still working so fingers crossed, i think i have finally completly fixed it.

Ok but how to i set it up? I got the damn ethernet cable but where do i plug it in? It does NOT fit in to my modem, It does NOT fit in to my adsl filter, It does NOT fit in to the phone line box and it does NOT fit in to my computer so where the hell do i plug that god damn ethernet cable in ?
